Itinerary
Day 01: Delhi to Agra (240 kms/ 04 hrs)
Morning on arrival at Delhi airport/ railway station, meet our representative and drive to your pre booked hotel in Agra. Akbarabad, as Agra was known during the Mughal era, is home to some of the most magnificent Mughal architectures. Situated on the banks of river Yamuna, the monumental beauty of Agra has inspired countless people around the world. This third largest city of the state of Uttar Pradesh is home to three UNESCO world heritage sites. Later Proceed to Visit to the world - famous Taj Mahal - or literally "Crown of Palaces" was built by Shah Jehan to immortalize the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal who died tragically in 1631. After that visit, the Red Fort built by three generations of Mughal Emperors between 1565 and 1573. It housed both the presidential Palaces of the Royal family, and the military quarters. Evening return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02: Agra to Delhi city tour (240 kms/ 04 hrs)
Morning after Breakfast check out the hotel & drive to Delhi. Delhi is a city built and re-built seven times over several centuries. The capital city today marries the quaint and unique elements of different historical eras with the pace of the bustling, growing economy. At every turn of the road, the past and the present coexist. Later proceed for city Tour of NEW DELHI - drive past the stately government buildings of the British Era designed by Lutyen’s, including the Indian Gate & the Presidential Palace. Continue onto the beautiful Humayun’s tomb of the Mughal era & thereafter visit the towering minaret of Qutab Minar. Evening check in to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03: Delhi - Shimla ( Approx 8-9 Hrs)
After Breakfast drive to Shimla the former summer capital of British India, set amidst the snow capped Shivalik Mountains which offers some of the most stunning views of the mighty Himalayas. Arrive and check into the hotel. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 04: Shimla
After breakfast visit to Jakhu Temple situated on the highest peak of Shimla. After offering prayers and enjoying the panoramic views of Shivalik Ranges proceed to Kufri where you can photograph yourself in hired Pahari or Himachal attires. Enjoy Pony riding or yak riding (at your own cost). Later proceed to Naldhera which is famous for its golf course and scenic beauty and Evening free to stroll on The Mall and the famous Ridge. Ridge is famous for its stunning vistas of the valley and the Christ Church which is the most photographed landmark of Shimla. Overnight in the hotel
Day 05: Shimla to Manali via Kullu ( Approx 8 Hrs)
Transfer from Shimla to Manali by surface.Enroute visit Kullu S/seeing, Arrive and transfer to hotel Manali. Evening free for rest. Night stay in Manali.
Day 06: Manali Snow Point
Morning after breakfast visit Solang Valley OR Excursion to Rohatang Pass till snow point (Excursion to Rohtang Pass (Guest Own on direct payment & Subject to Permit). Situated at an altitude of 3979 mtrs above sea level and 51 kms outside Manali is the mighty Rohtang Pass - the gateway to Lahaul-Spiti valley. It affords a wide panoramic view of the mountains. Here one sees the majesty of the mountains at its height and splendour. At the top of the pass the air seems to glitter against the snow as you look down over herringboned ridges into the Lahaul valley. O/N Hotel Day
Day 07: Manali city tour
Morning after breakfast, leave to local sightseeing of places in and around Manali, Like Hadimba temple, Manu temple, Vashisht Bath, Van Vihar, old Manali & etc. O/N Hotel
Day 08: Manali to Amritsar ( Approx 9 Hrs)
Morning after breakfast checkout the hotel and drive to Amritsar. Reach by evening & check into the hotel, Evening visit Golden temple, Overnight stay at Amritsar.
Day 09: Amritsar city tour
Morning after breakfast drive to city tour. Visit Jallianwala Bagh- where, on April 13, 1919, British and Gurkha soldiers opened fire on an unarmed forbidden gathering, killing hundreds of civilians. you also visit Ranjit Singh Museum, Gobindgarh Fort, Luvkush mandir, war memorial, Sadha pind and Wagah Border. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 10: Amritsar- Chandigarh ( Approx 5 Hrs)
After breakfast proceed to Chandigarh, on arrival check inn at Hotel, Later leave for local sightseeing Rock Garden, Rose Garden and Sukhana Lake, Mansadevi Temple. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11: Chandigarh to Delhi ( Approx 6 Hrs)
Morning after breakfast checkout the hotel and drop to Delhi Airport for your onward journey.
